I am no runner. I hate running. I tried it in school, ran track for a while. But I hated it. As an adult I even tried again, still hate it.

Instead I prefer to walk. Recently I decided that one great way to battle depression is to get off the couch and walk again. I mentioned it to my daughter who then told me about how she is doing virtual 5K runs of late to earn medals to collect just because. She pointed me to the Pumpkin Spice Latte Run. WOOOHOOOO!! I am walking it, but the swag? OMG I cannot wait for that to arrive.
