Wine & Cheese ~ 7th Serving 2019

wineandcheese2I used to devote my Wednesday blog post to whining and then time and life got in the way. But for 2019 I’m back to a regular serving of Wine & Cheese!

Despite being a really happy, positive person, I do have things that annoy me at times. I never let anything grate on my nerves for long but thought it would be fun to vent them periodically in my blogs. I also feel that good things, the cheese in life, should be acknowledged as well. I’m even going to throw in a bit of dessert, a piece of virtual chocolate, something that made me laugh or smile just a bit more than normal. If you’d like to read the past editions of Wine & Cheese just search past postings. Sit back and join me now for a serving of some whine and cheese!

😦  Is there some law that cats can only hurl on carpeted surfaces? There can be one square foot of carpet in a house and that will be the place a cat barfs up hairballs. That or the bed of their human. I can only assume if you have no carpeted surfaces or beds in the house your cat will explode from the giant furry hairball it grows inside.

😦  There are on demand water heaters, so why is on demand coffee makers not a thing? Ones that would just replenish the pot and never allow it to go below the halfway mark at any given moment. While we are at it, on demand wine would be nice too.

😦  I’m thinking of taking a hiatus from news in general. Seriously tired of all the attacks from party to party. The real needs to be focused on like poverty, education, defending this nation, all get swept aside as the lines are drawn. I’m tired of watching it all, we need to come together as a nation and work for a better world.

🙂  On a happy, cat barf note (yes there is such a thing), my fur baby puked up the last one on the tile floor in my room. Just before I reached it and would have stepped in it, light reflected in the surrounding puddle and I avoided a soggy sock.

🙂  It is SUCH a beautiful day here in the valley! 76 degrees, sunny and the humidity is low. Practically perfect!

🙂  Loved the most recent Cultivate Kindness Box. I cannot wait for the next one to get here! If you like subscription boxes and want to help spread kindness, I highly recommend this one! Nope, I don’t get a thing for promoting it, just sharing because it is a good one! It was started by a teenager for her business class project at school and took off! Check it out!
