Welcome to Wine & Cheese, my weekly, Wednesday whine session.
Every week on Wednesday I devote a blog to whining. Despite being a really happy, positive person, I do have things that annoy me at times.
I never let anything grate on my nerves for long but thought it would be fun to vent them periodically in my blogs.
I also feel that good things, the cheese in life, should be acknowledged as well.
I’m even going to throw in a bit of dessert, a piece of virtual chocolate, something that made me laugh or smile just a bit more than normal.

WINE
😦 I love our new washer and dryer, really I do! Mega capacity, minimal soap and water needed for the washer, both sing to you when they finish washing or drying rather than some annoying buzz. But really, the technology exists, is it too much to ask that they send a text message to my cell phone to alert me that they have now completed their duties so I could get things done in a more timely fashion and without the contents of the dryer wrinkling to the point of looking like we slept in the clothes?
😦 My sunburn is NOT any better today, and is quite painful when I have my purse or diaper bag over my shoulder, or the baby gripping onto me. Really ought to be more careful to remember to apply sunscreen in the future!
😦 My car is once again legal. Last night I put the new plates on it. NOT at all happy that I had to give up my vanity plates but just could not justify the expense to renew them ($132 vs $58) so I will have to get them again down the road.
CHEESE
🙂 Yesterday when we turned on the central air, it didn’t work. Thankfully our HVAC guy was able to come right over and get us up and running! I wouldn’t mind if it were just me but with babysitting little ones, the more comfy they are the happier we all are!

🙂 A great night of sleep! I put myself to bed earlier than usual and thankfully so, the sunburn is draining me and I needed the sleep! Totally refreshed and on my game today!

Oh my gosh. I love the idea of the washer and dryer texting you when they are done. Get working on that, would ya.
